CK Futures was founded by Charlotte Eve in 1998. During a career in HR with Hilton, she became aware of a need for high quality CVs and interview coaching amongst candidates at all levels.
With a genuine desire to help others reach interview and job offers Charlotte has driven the business forward, building relationships with employers, agencies and provider organisations.
As the business has expanded Charlotte has continued to design and deliver training to individuals and businesses nationwide.

Sarah Thompson
Sarah Thompson is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, she incorporates many of the powerful NLP techniques in her training, together with the principles of accelerated learning.
She is an inspirational coach, skilled (and qualified) in the delivery of both Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) feedback and development.
Lucy Rahaman
Qualified proof reader with eight years experience as a CV Writer with CK Futures. Lucy also provides hands on assistance to training workshops. Fluent in Italian and French she supports our translation services to customers in these languages.
Geraldine Wachholz
Geraldine is an experienced Trainer with a Diploma in Psycotherapy. She works on a one to one basis with clients; building confidence, preparing CVs and delivering interview coaching.
Deborah Vokins
A CIPD qualified Human Resources professional, Debbie provides our HR Consultancy to businesses on recruitment, redundancy and related issues.
